Ingredients
- 1 portion smoked haddock
- 250 ml milk
- 1/2 savoy cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots grated
- 1 small onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or coconut oil

Instructions
- Heat the milk in a heavy frying pan
- Poach the haddock gently while cooking the cabbage mixture
- Heat the oil in a saute pan and stir in the cabbage, carrot and onions to cover. Pour a little water and cook with the lid on stirring occasionally and adding water to taste.
- Cook until wilted and soft
- Prepare the noodles following directions on the packet, using half the curry spice
- Stir the noodles in the cabbage mixture and season
- Serve with the haddock
