Ingredients for 2
1 large carrot – grated
1 wedge of cabbage – shredded
1Tbsp plain yoghurt
2Tbsp oil
Salt
Method
- Drop the grated carrot and cabbage in a pan of salted boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain using a sieve then place under that tap and run cold water over it to prevent further cooking.
- Mix the yoghurt, salt and oil and add to the carrot and cabbage. Stir.
