- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions
- 1. De-vein the sugar snap peas.
- 2. Toss in sesame oil and salt.
- 3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- 4. Roast for 14 minutes turning half way.
- 5. The peas should be tender and lightly browned.
