Ingredients
Each
Half a tin tuna steak
Half a tin butter beans
A few slices of onion
Romani lettuce – two leaves shredded
Dressing
Place two parts oil to one part vinegar in a small jar.
Add salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
Cover the jar and shake. Keep in the store cupboard.
Method
Assembler the tuna, beans, onions and lettuce. Flavour with 1 Tbsp of the dressing.
