Roasted Sugar Snap Peas

toasted sesame oil

sesame seeds
Instructions
1. De-vein the sugar snap peas.
2. Toss in sesame oil and salt.
3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 14 minutes turning half way.
5. The peas should be tender and lightly browned.
