Ingredients
250
grams
mushrooms
peeled
1
onion
peeled
1
clove
garlic
peeled
1
Tbsp
oil
1
stock cube
salt and pepper

cream
Instructions
Finely chop the onion.
Heat the oil and add the chopped onion.
Saute for five minutes.
Finely chop the mushrooms.
Crush with a pinch of salt.
Add the mushrooms, garlic and thyme to the onion.
Continue cooking for five minutes.
Add the stock cube and 500 ml water or to taste.
Bring to the boil and then cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Ladle and stir in 1 Tbsp of cream in each bowl.
